EFSN is a stakeholder network of local, national and global agencies that have direct experience of providing food relief in times of humanitarian crisis in India. The network promotes the importance of food security issues in disaster response and preparedness through consultations and sharing of best practices. It captures food security experiences of local communities and public agencies to create a knowledge pool on food security.
Research-work on various issues related to food security was prepared in cooperation with partners such as Solution Exchange and department of civil supply.
